Mike has more than 25 years leadership experience in general management, global and domestic marketing, strategy and innovation across multiple fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies categories, having worked for leading FMCGs in Australasia, Asia, Latin America and Europe.
Most recent role – Marketing & Innovation Director at National Foods (now part of Lion) – refocused the business strategy on brand building and innovation, including the restructure of the organisation. Also played a key role in the successful acquisition and integration of the Dairy Farmers business to create the largest dairy company in Australasia.
Previous roles – Fonterra, in global marketing & strategy roles and Reckitt Benckiser in Spain, France, the UK and New Zealand. In both these roles Mike was involved in the development and embedding of world-class sales & marketing processes.

Teri is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), sports dietitian and director of FoodBytes, a nutrition and digital consultancy that empowers brands and organisations to raise their nutritional profile through digital channels. FoodBytes has provided nutrition marketing expertise to a number of leading food and health organisations as well as leading tertiary Universities.
Prior to establishing FoodBytes, Teri worked at Nestle for almost a decade, where she gained valuable brand marketing and digital expertise. She has a wealth of experience across FMCG, nutrition and healthcare industries.
She is a member of the Sports Dietitians Australia Marketing Committee.

Over 35 years’ grains industry leadership experience in origination, supply chains and logistics and marketing.
Previously CEO of Australian Grain Growers Co-operative, and CEO of Australian Bulk Alliance, an owner and operator of bulk export terminals, export container packing facilities and regional grain storages. Prior General Management roles in ABB Grain Limited (now Viterra) leading grain origination, domestic marketing and supply chain business units.

Jennie is a Certified HR Practitioner (CAHRI) and holds a Professional Diploma of Human Resources, from the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
Jennie has over 20 years’ commercial experience across a variety of industries including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, events, media, legal, hospitality and retail. Jennie’s focus is on strategic HR and developing lasting improvements in The Healthy Grain’s performance, profitability and growth through their most important asset – their people.
