Recipe - Chocolate BARLEYmax® bliss balls

Guilt free chocolate bliss balls made with BARLEYmax® flakes.

12 Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup BARLEYmax® flakes
1tsp vanilla extract
½ cup pepitas
2 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup desiccated coconut


  1. Blitz dates, BARLEYmax® flakes, vanilla extract, pepitas and cocoa powder in a food processor till the mixture resembles fine crumbs
  2. Shape mixture into balls
  3. Roll in coconut until well coated

Tip: Soften the dates if needed by soaking them in warm water for 2 minutes before adding them to the food processor.
