Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp Natvia Natural Sweetener
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Blend all smoothie ingredients together in a blender until smooth, serve in a glass or jar
Top With
- 1 passionfruit
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 1/4 cup Goodness Superfoods better for U! Barley Clusters
